Okay so how did the creator of Scream come up with this trash on an idea? Don't get us wrong I Know What You Did Last Summer is a late 90's classic in its own right and there is a good scary movie in here somewhere. We are just trying to find the good movie that this could of been. The killer motivations are shaky and confusing. For an example like why did the killer choose a hook? Is it because of the urban legend told in the begging of the film? Well in that case then this is the wrong movie and it should be called Urban Legend.
